Coconut Cult Yogurt Review for GLP-1 Constipation (part 2)
Reviewing Coconut Cult Yogurt for GLP-1 constipation relief.
If you’re on a GLP-1 medication, you already know constipation is one of the most common and least talked about side effects. I’ve dealt with it plenty on my own GLP-1 journey, and when I saw people online claiming Coconut Cult yogurt fixed their gut issues, I figured it was worth testing myself. This isn’t a sponsored review or a guess based on marketing claims, it’s what actually happened when I tried it as part of eating for a GLP-1 diet. Here’s the honest breakdown.
Find out if Coconut Cult yogurt helped relieve GLP-1 constipation. In this video I reveal my thoughts on how well it worked for my symptoms. In case you missed it, the first video Coconut Cult Yogurt Review for GLP-1 Constipation (part 1) is available through the link to watch first.

Hey, I’m back with the Lizard Bites review of the Coconut Cult yogurt for GLP-1 constipation.
Unfortunately, this one did not work out. It got a little bit of stuff going in the gut, made some gas, got some motion going. It did not start the party, though.
So it really didn’t work, and I wound up getting mine at the store that had a buy one, get one 50% off promotion. So the second jar wound up failing right after I opened the first jar — went back in the fridge, and the other one was oozing its contents through the seal and leaking into the refrigerator. It made a mess, and we don’t like that.
So overall, this was not approved and is not cost-effective for constipation relief. You know, for all the people — if you’ve seen the viral videos that say the Coconut Cult yogurt will shake you down from the rooter to the tooter and clean you out — it’s not going to happen for GLP-1.
But, you know, it might be something that you enjoy for probiotic support, because I definitely felt some increased activity that I had not been feeling for a while. So that’s a positive. But based on the fact that it’s expensive, and it’s something that can go bad — I think other people have seen that it goes bad too — it just is not approved for this purpose whatsoever.
So I’m sorry to disappoint. It’s just not going to work for constipation. So, I’ll let you know about the next ones that I find.
Till then.
