Coconut Cult Yogurt Review for GLP-1 Constipation (part 1)
Reviewing Coconut Cult Yogurt for GLP-1 constipation relief.
If you’re on a GLP-1 medication, you already know constipation is one of the most common and least talked about side effects. I’ve dealt with it plenty on my own GLP-1 journey, and when I saw people online claiming Coconut Cult yogurt fixed their gut issues, I figured it was worth testing myself. This isn’t a sponsored review or a guess based on marketing claims, it’s what actually happened when I tried it as part of eating for a GLP-1 diet. Here’s the honest breakdown.
In this video I cover the taste, texture, ingredients of Coconut Cult Yogurt. I’ll discuss if it actually helps with the constipation and slowed digestion common on GLP-1 medication. When you’re ready, you can watch the second video Coconut Cult Yogurt Review for GLP-1 Constipation (part 2) through this link.

If you take GLP-1 medication, you might be feeling left out by all the news of the diarrhea lately. Lizard juice, dry that ass up.
No, seriously. Whew, I had to edit that, but the GLP-1 medication makes it notoriously hard to go to the bathroom. And, uh, I almost thought I had the diarrhea one time, but it was because I went to the bathroom normal for 3 days in a row.
But, uh, I thought that I was going to create some recipe blog content, but we blew up the kitchen, so we’re doing something slightly different. And we’re going to review the Coconut Cult yogurt, because I saw that other people were having great success going to the bathroom with it, and I’m like, well, you know, if that helped them, hopefully it’ll help if you’re severely constipated from taking the GLP-1.
So this product here says that it is the number one most delicious way to have more number twos. So I’m thinking that that is going to be promising.
There is — I don’t know if it’ll zoom in for us or not when I take this out. But it says that it has 400 billion CFUs in a jar, and I think that means it’s a colony forming units. It means it’s good. Think your kombucha or your other supplements only have like a billion or so, so this sounds super potent. And it says to start with one serving before increasing your amount. Don’t double dip with it.
I’m ready for it. So this is the original flavor. I’ve seen other people review other flavors, I don’t want none of that, I just want to go.
It looks like normal yogurt. Smells like paste more than it smells like yogurt. But we need what this promises to do for us.
Not really a fan of the taste of it. It’s a vegan, coconut based yogurt, not even any milk. But you know, that’s a good thing too. But the taste is maybe two or two or three times as tangy as regular yogurt. And, uh, doesn’t taste like a dairy creamy, tastes like a yogurt coconut creamy, if you’ve ever had a vegan yogurt. Tastes more along the lines of that. Kind of, I don’t know, mixture between real yogurt and vegan coconut yogurt.
I got a little bit more of the coconut flavor there. But, um, I’m going to have the proper amount, 2 oz, four servings to the jar. It’s kind of expensive, but if you get tired of taking magnesium citrate, milk of magnesia, all kind of weird solutions to trying to go to the bathroom better — even if you eat better, sometimes, you know, if you have a sensitive gut, you’re just going to get constipated anyways, and you’re going to need something. So, I don’t know, we’ll take it. We’ll see how it works and get back to this one later.
